feat: add reproducible benchmark suite vs Microsoft markitdown

Three scripts:
- setup-corpus.sh: downloads + generates 10 real-world test files
- run.sh: runs both tools, outputs summary.md + speed.json
- compare.sh: quick quality diff

Results: 4.5x-10x faster with equal or better output quality.
