Add example module + read-only native resolution self-test

- SendProxy.Example: consumer module demonstrating the API — sp_example_fakehp
  <entity> <value> hooks m_iHealth so clients see a fake value (real unchanged).
- SendProxyModule.ResolveNativeTargets: locate the encode-path functions on the live
  binary via their referenced log strings (ILibraryModule.FindFunction) and log the
  addresses. Read-only — the Phase 1 offset-verification groundwork, no memory touched.
- gamedata: drop placeholder sigs; refs-only entries (valid, parse clean).
