refactor: Core = clean library; test/spoof commands -> .Example via public API

Stripped all spoof/probe commands from Core SendProxyModule (sp_fakehp/fakehp2/
sub_verify/sub_off + encprobe/recipcap/wflprobe/wdeprobe). Core now only publishes
ISendProxyManager, installs detours on first API use, keeps sp_dump/sp_field
read-only inspectors. Deleted dead probe files IntEncoderDetour/WriteDeltaProbe/
WriteFieldProbe (only the removed commands used them; live path uses
FieldSubstitution + RecipientCapture). Added SetUniformInt/SetUniformIntForEntity
to the API. Uniform spoof now unifies through the Phase-2 engine. .Example holds
sp_example_fakehp/_entity/perclienthp/fakeangle/off via the public API. Build 0/0.
