Add unsubscribe_link to send_email_notification

-send_email_notification has been updated to take an unsubscribe_link.
  Not all email notificattions require unsubscribe_links, so the value is set to
  None by default.
 -test_create_email_notification_with_unsubscribe_link has been added to test_notifications_api_client.py
