fix(install): honor non-tui provider setup

Resolve the installer path reported from Discord by letting librarian follow its fallback chain instead of the stale Z.ai GLM 4.7 special case.

Also keep noninteractive installs from opening the GitHub star prompt when running under a TTY, and update the Z.ai summary text to describe GLM fallbacks.
