docs: add project logo and compatibility badges

Add an abstract SVG logo (terminal + proxy stack + sync) to give the
README and npm page a stronger visual identity, and add 'Works with
OpenCode' / 'Powered by LiteLLM' badges to signal compatibility without
appropriating either project's trademarked logos.
