test(e2e): dump top-3 message parts during turn-4 hang to identify mystery user message source

Adds per-part inspection to OC-STATE probe — logs synthetic flag,
ignored flag, auto/overflow markers, callID, tool name, and text
preview. This reveals what's creating the new user messages that
break OpenCode's loop break condition (lastUser.id > lastAssistant.id).
