fix: route ChatGPT subscription requests through Codex

Restore OpenAI auth methods for browser, headless, and API key sign-in, then route OAuth-backed OpenAI responses and compaction calls through the ChatGPT Codex backend with refreshed access tokens. This keeps subscription users from sending dummy API-key requests to the public OpenAI API while preserving normal API-key behavior.
