feat(occ): temp 301s for guides deleted by the OCC revert

The OVHcloud Connect revamp was reverted (#341), removing the sa-occ-revamp
guides. Their published URLs now 404, so add temporary 301s in
docs/public/301.map mapping each deleted revamp slug to its restored guide
(x7 locales):

- 6 renamed guides -> restored equivalent (automation->api, monitor->
  occ-diagnostics, limits->occ-limits, occ-direct/provider-control-panel-setup
  -> occ-direct/provider-control-panel, introduction->ovhcloud-connect-overview)
- 17 revamp-only guides (no old equivalent) -> product overview

TEMP: delete this block when the next OCC revamp lands. All targets verified
to exist in all 7 locales; no dead targets, chains or source collisions.
