Changes in component operations (#218)

* Run actions using a specific component version
* Expose component key when retrieving deployed
  triggers
* Associate workflow ID when deploying triggers
* Filter component lists by emitter type (e.g. HTTP,
  Timer, etc.)
* Replace type of component listing and retrieval with
  the new `Emitter` type
