fix(core): name Claude models from displayName when the description is only a tagline (#1615)

Claude Code 2.1.282 moved the model name from supportedModels()'s description
("Fable 5.1 · …") into displayName and left description as a tagline, so pinned
Claude rows in every model picker (Guided Review, Code Tour, code review, Ask AI)
read as taglines like "Best for everyday, complex tasks". Take the description
lead only in the old ' · ' form, otherwise use displayName.
