feat: expose AbortSignal on PrismaJob for cooperative worker cancellation

Workers can now check job.signal.aborted to cooperate with stop().
Dequeued jobs receive the queue's AbortController signal; enqueued
jobs get a default never-aborted signal. Adds tests for signal
behavior during processing and after stop().
