docs: Rework the adhoc examples to cover all the adhoc modes. (#579)

* docs: Rework the adhoc examples to cover all the adhoc modes.

* Exclude examples directory from testing.

* Disable linting the examples directory.

* Exclude examples in the github action workflow as well.

* Exclude examples in the github action workflow for go test.

* Add a new target in the Makefile for go tests with converage.

* Remove race detector from coverage as it increases required memory.

The extra memory consumption makes the testsuite to fail on windows.
