Fix test scripts to work from any directory (#727)

runpt.sh, runat.sh, and runut.sh assumed they were invoked from the
test/ directory. They now resolve their own location via realpath/$0
and cd into it unconditionally, so they work correctly regardless of
the caller's working directory.
