chore(openstory): bump openstory to ^0.0.16 and register plugin in vite config

Upgrades from ^0.0.5 to ^0.0.16. The newer plugin auto-injects
optimizeDeps + dedupe for react, surfaces module load errors in the
iframe, supports hooks-in-render, and de-duplicates itself when added
twice — so registering it in our vite.config.ts (alongside the
solid-with-react-exclude plugin) coexists cleanly with `openstory dev`'s
own instance.
