[react-devtools-facade] consolidate owner stack tools naming (#36871)

Instead of potential confusion coming from `stack` vs `branch`, we will
use `getOwnerStackTrace` for the error-like stack trace and
`getOwnerStack` for list of structured entities that represent owners.
