dt/sr: cover deferred authz failures before the check

Both ways GET /schemas/ids/{id} can fail ahead of its deferred
authorization check: an unacceptable Accept header, which throws
synchronously, and an unavailable _schemas partition, which throws after
read_sync() suspends. Only the second aborted the broker.
