release: v0.6.0 - Chrome DevTools MCP, sdist trim, tool-result streaming

- Bump version to 0.6.0 and update CHANGELOG.
- Fix engineer streaming to read tool output from result/output when content is empty.
- Align auto-engineer tests with SDK message types and follow-up loop.
- Exclude heavy/local paths from Hatch sdist (wheel unchanged).
