fix(docs): the deck's short lineage form and the README callers example follow the merged tip

Graft's LINEAGE row took the folded-repository count 41 -> 42. The deck states its lineage counts in
two forms; the long one moved and the short one did not (readmedriftcheck arm E9b). And the recorded
--callers example still cited main.cpp line numbers from before this merge -- churnRankedGraph 986 ->
994, runDefaultMap 1104 -> 1119 -- regenerated from the merged binary rather than hand-edited.
