docs(readme): the orchestrator case belongs in the title, not behind the click

"Strongest of all under an orchestrator that matches tasks to models: every lane
it spawns starts cold on the same tree" was the sharpest sentence in the section
and it was hidden under a summary that only said "a fixed cost paid once per
context". A reader who never clicks is exactly the reader who needs to know the
pattern the tool is built for.

Both orchestrator summaries now carry it — the one under the token table where
the per-call savings are still on screen, and the "where it pays most" section
lower down. Nothing else moves: below the summary lines this file is
byte-identical to the previous tip.
