plans: delete typed-status-sweep tracker (archived to #610) (#611)

Sweep complete. All typed fields shipped (#518, #556, #559, #568,
#570, #606). Shared infrastructure (`parse_required` / `parse_optional`
helpers, `impl_wire_enum!` macro, test helpers) remains in use.
