JimEvans: Visual Studio build process changes. Changed .vcxproj files to use $(ProjectDir) instead of $(SolutionDir), which allows the use of MSBuild directly on the .vcxproj file to build C++ components. Also updated .NET release task to properly name resulting .zip file.
