ci: Bump Spring Boot versions in CI matrix (#5235)

Update Spring Boot 3.x patch versions:
- 3.2.10 → 3.2.12
- 3.3.5 → 3.3.13
- 3.4.5 → 3.4.13
- 3.5.6 → 3.5.13

Add Spring Boot 4.0.5 to 4.x matrix.
