* fix(tracing): mark _setRouteOverrideProvider as @internal and refresh API report

Switch the JSDoc on `_setRouteOverrideProvider` from a plain "Internal API" sentence to the api-extractor `@internal` release tag and regenerate `etc/sentry-react-native.api.md` so the new field is recorded with the correct tag.

Without this, the `api-report:check` step fails because the public API signature changed but the report wasn't updated. Per review feedback on #6197.
