Update the Chatwoot docker image version across all configuration files, including `mega--sidekiq-split.yml`, `mega-orion.yml`, `mega-sidekiq-split.yml`, and `mega-yml`. This ensures that the application and all Sidekiq worker services are running on version v4.18.5.
