docs(changelog): add seven-item nav consolidation + parent-tab routing

Mirrors the thalian-docs entry: 12->7 sidebar spine, Inventory/
Remediation/Compliance parent tabs, always-present Non-human tab,
legacy-route redirects, and deeplink-parameter preservation.
