docs: archive shipped plans and refresh stale documentation

Audit of every live doc against the code: 11 shipped or superseded plans
moved to docs/archived/ with status notes, 35 docs corrected in place
(OVERVIEW module map and shortcuts, KEYBINDINGS, user guides, UI manuals,
feature plan status), docs/README.md index fixed, no broken relative links.
