- TIMELINE.md: 2016-2026 year-by-year skeleton with 2025-2026 entries
  pre-populated (Venom, Zircon, FOMC two-stage, advanced liquidity,
  static drawdown).
- READING-ORDER.md: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced tracks.
- SOURCES.md: canonical citation index with stable IDs.
- CONTRIBUTING.md: hard rules + confidence-field guide.
- CHANGELOG.md: phase log.
- INDEX.md: reference root files; concept sections marked by phase.
