docs(audit): flip per-finding Status from Confirmed to Resolved

All 13 AUDIT-037 findings were closed in yesterday's fix-loop (header
`fix_loop_status` block). The 13 individual finding entries still read
`Status, Confirmed`, which was the pre-fix snapshot. Flipped each to
`Resolved (2026-06-15 fix-loop, see header fix_loop_status)` so the
report reads consistently from header to body.

No code change. Audit branch ready for merge into dev.
