refactor(benchmarks): separate per-config statistics into dedicated table

Extract per-config stats from the main benchmark matrix into a new
`make_per_config_table()` function and render them under a separate
"Per-Config Statistics" section, keeping the matrix focused on raw
results. Regenerate all benchmark reports with latest numbers.
