Update the npm package dependencies (#126)

Minimist package has moved from artifactory server that is shutdown
to upstream. Minimist exists now in the official npm registry
https://www.npmjs.com/package/minimist

Downstream change to pull the latest version of write-good
failed with the following error:

npm ERR! network request to http://artifactory.otenv.com/artifactory/api/npm/npm-virtual/minimist/-/minimist-0.0.8.tgz
failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND artifactory.otenv.com
