feat(models): upgrade GLM models from 4.5/4.6 to 4.6V/4.7 versions

- Update GLM model versions: GLM-4.5V → GLM-4.6V, GLM-4.6 → GLM-4.7
- Rename configuration variables to reflect new model versions (GLM45V → GLM46V, GLM46 → GLM47)
- Update model API identifiers: GLM-4-6-API-V1 → glm-4.7 for all 4.7 variants
- Sync model mappings across config.py, openai.py, and zai_provider.py
- Update README.md documentation with new model names and API identifiers
- Ensure consistent model naming convention across all provider configurations
