fix(ocr): update RapidOCR torch GPU config key (#3049)

Replace obsolete `EngineConfig.torch.gpu_id` with
`EngineConfig.torch.cuda_ep_cfg.device_id` to fix GPU device
selection with recent RapidOCR releases.
