refactor(types): Rename Data to JSON and DataFrame to Table (#11554)

* change types Data -> JSON / DataFrame -> Table

* fix table-json types on new components

* test: Update notify component test for new input types

Update test expectation to include JSON and Table types alongside
Data and DataFrame for backward compatibility.
