opencode-morph-plugin v2.0.0

Morph SDK plugin for OpenCode with two tools:
- morph_edit: fast apply with lazy edit markers via MorphClient
- warpgrep_codebase_search: multi-turn agentic codebase search

Replaces raw fetch() with @morphllm/morphsdk, adds WarpGrep with
streaming turn progress, custom TUI hooks for both tools, and
4 safety guards (readonly agent, marker check, leakage, truncation).
