obs-ffmpeg: Use obs-ffmpeg-mux for mpegts network output

This replaces the ffmpeg-encoded-output which had serious issues
(missing headers, muxing issues with non compliant mpegts streams) with
an output grafted from obs-ffmpeg-mux.
