    don't track Py Idle patch 543222 - disable script bindings in shell
    since it was done differently in MAIN

    Remove "binding comments" 05 Aug 1.23.2.3 to 1.23.2.4
    Remove last dependencies to old config backend 06Aug to 1.23.2.5
