Use async track accessors for mediabunny HLS compatibility

Mediabunny beta deprecated sync property accessors on InputTrack
(sampleRate, numberOfChannels, displayWidth, displayHeight) in
favor of async methods (getSampleRate(), getNumberOfChannels(),
getDisplayWidth(), getDisplayHeight()) to support lazy loading
required by HLS.
