Replace worker copy with bundler alias

Map `<studio>/dist/audio-waveform-worker.mjs` to the ESM build via
`resolve.alias`, mirroring the existing `@remotion/media-parser/worker`
entry. Drops the post-build `copyFileSync` from `packages/studio/bundle.ts`.
