`tests/ui/dyn-drop` -> `tests/ui/dyn-keyword`
`tests/ui/missing-trait-bounds` -> `tests/ui/trait-bound/missing-trait-bounds`
`tests/ui/recursion_limit` -> `tests/ui/recursion/recursion_limit`
`tests/ui/version` -> `tests/ui/compile-flags`

Reorganize `tests/ui/empty`
