CI: rfl: add temporary commit for compiler bug

The compiler is fixing a bug [1] that Rust for Linux happened to trigger,
thus temporarily add Benno's patch to the CI job.

As usual, the patch will eventually make it to the Linux kernel so that
both sides are good.
