fix(clean): add timeout and SIGINT handling for Cloud & Office section (closes #775)

- Add 300s timeout wrapper around Cloud & Office cleanup to prevent 8-hour hangs
- Fix run_with_timeout signal handling: forward SIGINT to child process so Ctrl+C works
- Add debug logging to track progress through Office container cache cleanup
- Timeout returns 124 and logs warning, allowing clean to continue with next section
