fix: restore x.com search at narrow widths and update stale selectors

- Add media query for 1000-1265px to show search form fixed top-right,
  matching the 1265px+ behavior; fixes missing search bar in smaller windows
- Update input placeholder selector from "Search Twitter" to "Search"
- Replace deprecated navigator.platform with navigator.userAgent for isMac
