Fix baseline alignment for empty document by using typingAttributes for metrics

Updated STTextView gutter rendering to calculate baseline offset using
typingAttributes instead of lineTextAttributes in the empty document case. This
ensures baseline positioning aligns with the cell sized for typingLineHeight,
and is consistent with STTextLayoutFragment expectations.
