Improve gutter view rendering and line number alignment in STTextView

- Set gutter text color to have alpha component for better visual contrast
- Clarify gutter view positioning logic with updated comments
- Filter subviews when clearing line number cells using type check
- Fix baseline alignment by using actual line attributes instead of typingAttributes
- Preserve paragraph style when applying selected line attributes for accurate positioning
