Fix background and text color updates when appearance changes in GutterView

Ensure backgroundColor, textColor, selectedLineTextColor, and
selectedLineHighlightColor are updated appropriately during appearance
changes by assigning them explicitly in viewDidChangeEffectiveAppearance.
