Sort visible fragment views by document order instead of vertical position

Previously, fragment views were sorted by their vertical position on screen,
which could lead to incorrect ordering due to layout inconsistencies. This
change ensures the gutter numbering reflects the correct document order by
sorting fragment views based on their range positions in the backing text. This
was updated in both AppKit and UIKit implementations.
