Ensure layout for current viewport range during viewport updates

- Call textLayoutManager.ensureLayout(for:) with viewportRange in both
  AppKit and UIKit STTextView delegates after clearing fragment views.
- Prevents incomplete layout in the visible region before content size
  updates and scrolling adjustments.
