Refactor gutter layout logic using shared utilities for consistency and better
performance. Improve line number positioning, alignment, and marker appearance.
Enable tiled layer backing to boost rendering efficiency. Update scrolling logic,
selection granularity, and attachment positioning. Fix issues with layout during
scroll bounces and improve integration in SwiftUI and UIKit text views.
