docs(chat): retire "fork-send" from comments that outlived it

The composer's fork-and-send is gone, but five files still explained
themselves by contrast with it — including two that justified a
synchronous queue read by "the fork-send guard", a guard deleted in the
same change. Comments only; no behavior.
